Graduation or Bust!

You know what my absolute favorite part of being a photographer is? I would love to say it is artistic expression, or seeing new locations, or hearing how satisfied a client is ....

which don't get me wrong - they are ALL reasons why I do love this hobby o' mine. But the real, true joy is connecting, and many times re-connecting, with people that I have known for nearly 25-30 years. When I received a message from a pretty blonde lady, asking about senior portraits, I was BEYOND thrilled! It was for a family that I have known since I was a toddler, which was what - only 20 years ago (hah)! But honestly, it really brings me so much joy to reconnect with families and share another bond with them - helping them to capture the memories they are looking for. And this lovely grad was just as sweet and beautiful as I remembered :)
