The comfort zone

If you have been with me for a few years, then you know that I typically capture family photography. Couples, families, engagements, etc. Up until this past weekend, I had not done any food or stock photography (that I can remember, hah!) But when someone contacted me, asking for product photos, of course I wanted to help! And believe me, I was not disappointed ....

Center City Pretzel Co. asked me to come in and get a few shots of their oven, as well as specialty pretzels, to update their website with. And I am so glad that I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and took the session! The employees were super welcoming and treated me like a true friend and patron of the bakery - they even went to the extent of saving me a parking spot right in front of their store front. I got to check out their bakery and even learn a little bit about what they do on a daily basis! Such a cool experience! Maybe they should consider tours .... with a complimentary beer at the end. Pretzels + beer = genius! But in all seriousness, you need to pay them a visit - http://www.centercitypretzel.com/. It is like going to your friends house for freshly baked pretzels :)
And now I want a pretzel :)
